Frequently Asked Questions

How do I obtain pledge sheets?
Once you register as a Marathon Strider please visit the main page for a copy of the pledge form, to review the prize structure and get fundraising tips on how to get started. Or click here to download a pledge form (pdf).

What races can I run?
You can run any race that you would like. Our biggest Marathon Strides Against MS team will be at the Toronto International Marathon in October but many Marathon Striders will be running races throughout the province.

How do I register?
Please register with your race of choice and the MS Society of Canada. There is no fee for registering with the MS Society. Click on the Register Now button, complete the form and we will send you your fund raising package via email within the next few days.

How do I get started?
Fundraising isn't as hard as it sounds. All you have to do is ask 10 people for $10, or 5 people for $20, and you’ve reached $100!

How are my fundraising dollars spent?
Funds raised by the Marathon Strides Against MS program are directed to research projects into the cause and the cure for MS and to local services. The MS Society directs funds to both research and support services, helping to provide program and services to those affected by multiple sclerosis.
