MS Society asks leaders to support our issues

AdvocatingThe MS Society wrote to the party leaders asking them to commit to the following issues. See their responses by clicking on each party below.

  1. Will your party support making Employment Insurance sickness benefits more flexible to allow people with MS or their caregivers to work part-time and receive partial benefits?

  2. Does your party agree that the Disability Tax Credit should be made refundable?

  3. Will your party allow spouses to claim the Caregiver Tax Credit?

  4. Would your party support the development of a National Brain Strategy, and specifically, what would your party do to elevate support for Canadians living with chronic brain conditions like multiple sclerosis in the next session of Parliament?
